Vanadium Construction absolutely exceeded our expectations. After water damage forced us to redo all the flooring in our condo, their team stepped in and handled everything flawlessly. The new floors look perfect and genuinely beautiful. They were incredibly accommodating, professional, and unbelievably efficient — the entire job was completed in just two days. Carl and crew from Vanadium Construction recently demolished my inground pool and prepared the site for a playground installation.  Carl ensured that I understood each step along the way and that the site was tidy at the end of the day and finished in a timely matter.  He also pitched in and assisted the crew several times.  There was a some aluminum that came off of the demolition and he arranged for a  fellow to pick that up so it could be recycled.  A big part of the job was laying sod where the machines chewed up my lawn and the crew was meticulous about that as well. I could not be more satisfied with the work done by Vanadium. From the initial request for a quote to remove our in-ground pool, we received a quick response from Ryan, the project administrator, and Carl, the foreman, who were both informative and attentive to our needs during on-site visits and email communications. Once the proposal was agreed and the initial deposit was provided, work was completed conscientiously within the timeframe after a clearly communicated delay due to thunderstorms.  The crew was diligent, polite, and the job was completed with both time and cost efficiency. Vanadium Construction is the company to hire if you’re looking to fill in your in - ground pool. Reasonably priced, loaded with experience and Knowledge Carl and Ryan possess the skills to get it done. Together they create a plan to accomplish the work, attentive to every detail and within no time , following the bylaw standards, the pool is methodically dismantled and the empty space is filled in  and replaced with a beautiful healthy lawn. Their willingness to please and to get the project done wright, working in unbearable weather conditions beside their awesome team of workers, equally devoted they manage to perform their tasks with their unique skills without hesitation. I was happy I listened to my cut feeling to hire Vanadium Construction and even with some minor set backs beyond their control, I would still recommend them without hesitation. With their mind set of nothing is to difficult and everything is possible they helped what I visualized for my back yard ,become a reality in no time as you can see in the photos below.
